Volunteers recognized for hours of service

Volunteer Services at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics celebrated six volunteers on Wednesday, May 31, for reaching milestones in their service.

Jonah Heskje, Mary-Ellen Lewis, and Dan Stence of Iowa City, and Pat Hunsberger from Elgin were all recognized for 1,000 hours of service at UI Hospitals and Clinics. Jinx Woolson from Boone was honored for 5,000 hours. Sally Kruse of Oxford reached the milestone of 20,000 volunteer hours!

These volunteers join the 402 volunteers who have given at least 1,000 hours of service since the beginning of the Volunteer Services program in 1972. Thank you for all you do, and congratulations on a job well done!
