These Helping Hands speak for themselves

Nursing Assistant Bailey Legleiter is studying to become a nurse. She’s also learned American Sign Language, which came in handy when a deaf patient arrived on 6JCP. Legleiter stepped in to facilitate communication and interpretation, and was so good at it that the patient’s family complimented her fluency.

Congratulations, Bailey Legleiter, Helping Hands Award winner for August!
