Principal investigator Gen Shinozaki, MD, associate professor of psychiatry, received the Dlin/Fisher Clinical Research Award at the Academy of Consultation Liaison Psychiatry Annual Meeting in Orlando, Florida, last month. The award is presented for significant achievement in clinical research along with recognizing the best paper submitted for presentation at the meeting. Shinozaki was recognized for his outstanding work in using a novel EEG device to screen for delirium.
