Grienke to lead Society for Radiation Oncology Administrators board

Jana Grienke, MHA, ROCC, clinical department administrator of the Radiation Oncology Clinic of the Holden Comprehensive Cancer Center, was recently named president-elect of the Society for Radiation Oncology Administrators (SROA). Founded in 1984, SROA provides education, advocacy, networking, mentorship, and resources to radiation oncology professionals.

Beginning in September, Grienke will serve as president-elect of SROA for one year, followed by a one-year term as the organization’s president.

Grienke has been on the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics staff for 20 years and in the Radiation Oncology Clinic for the past 15 years. She is also co-chair of the Frontline Operation Leadership group.
