Thank you to all who completed this year’s UI Health Care Working at Iowa Survey. The 78.9% of employees who completed the survey provided valuable input to help us determine areas where UI Health Care is making progress, as well as areas that may need additional effort and focus, and helped us surpass our goal of 75% completion.
Would be nice if there was consistency in presenting the survey some places said it was “confidential” so they can track you down and other places it was stated it was “anonymous” you will get more responses with anonymous than confidential. Just a thought for next year.
