On Friday, June 5, from noon to 12:10 p.m., several health care campuses across the U.S. will take part in a national observance to remember George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, Breonna Taylor, Nina Pop, and others. UI Health Care faculty and staff are welcome to participate, if their job allows this flexibility.
For those on the main campus, please meet near the courtyard outside of Medical Education Research Facility (MERF). At other off-site locations, employees should find an outdoor or non-patient care area. Reminder: Please be sure to wear a face shield or mask while maintaining social distancing.
