Mindfulness-based stress reduction programs

Mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) programs are available Tuesdays, Jan. 21 to March 10, from 3 to 5:30 p.m., or Wednesdays, Jan. 22 to March 11, from 5:30 to 8 p.m.

Both sections will have an extended class (part of the 8-week program) on Saturday, Feb. 29, 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Attendance at an informational session is required to register. Visit uihc.org/mindfulness-programs, or email mindfulness@uiowa.edu. Social workers may now receive 27 CEU credits by completing the MBSR program.
