Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programs

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programs for relating more skillfully to stress, chronic conditions (pain/illness), promoting wellness, and more are available online via Zoom Wednesdays, Sept. 9 through Oct. 28 from 3 to 5:30 p.m., or Thursdays, Sept. 10 through Oct. 29 from 6 to 8:30 p.m.

Both sections will have an extended class via Zoom (part of the 8-week program) from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 17. Attendance at an online informational session is required to register.

Social Workers may now receive 27 CEU credits by completing the MBSR program.
