Fall Prevention Awareness, Health and Resource Fair

Please join us for the Fall Prevention Awareness, Health and Resource Fair from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, Sept. 21 at the Radisson Hotel and Conference Center, 1220 1st Avenue, Coralville, IA.

There will be health screenings and health promotion activities including:

  • Blood pressure screening
  • Osteoporosis screening
  • Medication review by a pharmacist
  • Flu shots fall risk screening
  • Senior fitness testing
  • Free hepatitis C testing
  • On-site enrollment in evidence based fall prevention programs will also be available

Attendees will be served light refreshments provided by the hotel as they visit resource displays that highlight services and programs available to seniors in Johnson County.

Visit Eventbrite for information only. The fair is open to the public and free of charge including the opportunity to win one of five great door prizes! Tickets are not required to attend the event.
