Upcoming Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction programs

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction programs begin in March, June, and July. This eight-week program teaches people how to respond skillfully to life stress and physical and psychological health conditions and to foster healthy living practices. Members of the community are also welcome.
