UI Mood Disorders Center to offer depression and bipolar disorder support group

1 in 5 people will experience depression or bipolar disorder at some point in their lifetime.

Beginning Sunday, Aug. 20, the University of Iowa Mood Disorders Center will offer a new support group for people living with depression or bipolar disorder or people who believe they may have one of these mood disorders. Meetings are free, confidential, and focus on peer support.

When: 4 to 5 p.m. on Sundays, beginning Aug. 20

Where: Conference Room W278, UI Hospitals and Clinics, (Elevator B, Level 2)
