Reminder: Performance review period underway

The performance review period for all UI Health Care staff (defined as all regular appointment job records equal to or greater than 50 percent effort) began on Nov. 1, and all reviews must be completed by March 31, 2020.

Some departments may have earlier deadlines for completion as part of their performance evaluation process, but please note that March 31 is a hard deadline with no possibility for extension. UI Health Care departments are responsible for ensuring that their respective units meet the requirements of this policy. For further details about the performance appraisal policy (HR-03.09), please refer to the “Performance Evaluation Process” document located within the Human Resources Policies page on The Point.

The Performance Review system is accessible directly at or through the Personal tab in Employee Self Service.
