ESC Self Service Portal and Blind Spots Portal log in requirements

Effective Saturday, May 16, the ESC Self Service Portal and the Blind Spots Portal will have new log in requirements. Access to these sites will require the use of your HawkID similar to Employee Self Service. A note has been placed on the login screen for both portals as a reminder to use your HawkID. Questions?   1. Today I was a transporter and had been waiting with patient to get on elevator so they could get to there appt. When doors in elevator opened the elevator was full ( 4 people linen cart and food cart). I kindly asked staff to please get off so I could take patient to appointment. Kitchen and laundry staff refused to get off and wanted me to “squeeze in”.. I told them i would then wait for another elevator as that would not have been safe for the patient. I was very disappointed in this behavior as I felt food and linen can wait but patient care should always come first.
