Epic Data Warehouse servers including Epic Caboodle and Clarity will be upgraded on April 20 and April 21. This maintenance will also affect Reporting content and systems that connect to Epic Caboodle and Clarity.
What does this mean to you?
Existing report instances can still be viewed in HEDI/Business Objects (BOE), however, during the outages, reports cannot be run AD-HOC against Clarity or Caboodle. Normal scheduled data load and reports that finish before 10 a.m. will not be affected. Also, Tableau report content will not be affected during this time.
The outage schedule and list of affected systems and content is as follows:
April 20, 2021: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Non-Epic AD-HOC reporting tools (HEDI) that consume data from Epic Caboodle
- Epic Caboodle
- Epic Slicer Dicer
April 21, 2021: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Non-Epic AD-HOC reporting tools (HEDI) that consume data from Epic Clarity
- Epic Clarity
- Epic Crystal AD-HOC reporting that consumes data from Epic Clarity
These upgrades are required to support planned Epic upgrades and future Epic enhancements.
