Center for Procedural Skills and Simulation moves to new location

With the return of 7JPP to active patient rooms, the Center for Procedural Skills and Simulation (CPSS) has moved to the Pomerantz Family Pavilion, MAPF 00147 and MAPF 00170 (Elevator K, Lower Level 2).

With a variety of spaces including a large classroom, mock OR, patient rooms, and clinical settings, the new center is equipped to help users practice anything from communications simulations to surgical procedures. The center even has cameras in the simulation rooms to provide instruction while adhering to social distancing guidelines.

The center’s services are free and available to anyone affiliated with UI Health Care, with the purpose of providing a safe, educational environment for individuals to practice.
