When asked, “What inspires you?”:

“The opportunity to interact with people experiencing spiritual distress.  To listen to their life-story, and their current experience of human suffering.  To witness the transformational power of being present, and connecting with other’s suffering (sympathetically, empathically, and compassionately). To experience the healing power of listening and being heard.”
