Responsibilities:

• Assisting with complex case reviews, patient safety indicator case reviews, and education across all groups.
• Consulting for the organization regarding decisions related to documentation and coding
• Representing the CDI team in hospital wide initiatives
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and education
• Providing ongoing support for services regarding all risk-based metrics impacting the accuracy of clinical documentation
