  • Focus area: Healthcare Systems Engineering

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate process improvement initiatives across the enterprise to increase safety, efficiency, and quality of care
  • Create optimal workplace designs and layouts
  • Apply industrial and systems engineering methods such as DMAIC, Six Sigma, 5S, and process mapping to the healthcare setting
  • Collaborate with the OE team to develop and deliver material for our Lean training sessions
