Management Services Supervisor, Guest Services

Responsibilities: 

As a Management Services Supervisor for Guest Services, Jennifer oversees the Rossi Guest House Lodging Program, Information Desk and Discharge Lounge operations.  She provides administrative supervision to a team of 20 permanent, hourly, and student employees.  Jennifer joined UIHC as one of the original Service Excellence Ambassadors in 2011 and has been in her current role since 2015.  Prior to joining Guest Services, she spent 15 years in retail management and 20+ years in various customer service roles.
