Press Ganey partnership to focus on the patient experience

An 18-month partnership with Press Ganey will aim to design, implement, and sustain comprehensive patient experience strategies. The voice of employees and providers will be imperative when it comes to enhancing satisfaction, safety, outcomes, and efficiency. The value of patient comments cannot be forgotten, and every team should routinely review patient comments. Read more and see positive patient comments.

The Quest newsletter will now be released the first Thursday of every month.


Patient safety updates

New isolation signs available

With a new design for better visual instructions, the new signs are two-sided with English and Spanish instructions for family/visitors and health care staff, along with a new Contact Precautions GI sign that is pink. Inpatient units have received replacement signs. Outpatient clinics will need to order new signs. Read more about new isolation signs.
