Anesthesia electronic techs strive to create a flexible workforce

The anesthesia electronic techs teamed up with Operations Excellence to develop skills training matrices and training checklists to train new and current staff. These are used to coordinate training, organize skill sets, identify training gaps, and set performance goals. Read more.

Core measure successes

HCIS developed a reporting function allowing concurrent review of all medications, ensuring indications are documented. Pharmacy intervenes when indications are not documented. Read more.
