  1. The following comment is too vague and leaves too much to individual interpretation. Who is to decide what is too tight or too loose, etc? “No clothing that is too tight, too short, too form fitting, too loose fitting, or exposes cleavage, undergarments, or mid-section”

  2. Is there also a policy for remediation and/or punishment for offenders and especially repeat offenders? And data from exit interviews or focus groups that patients find these standards the appropriate ones? One can imagine many apparel choices not enumerated here that would be offensive to some groups and not others. It is hoped that the leadership committee tasked with developing these guidelines is sufficiently representative of our patient population to be able to weed out all potential offending forms of dress and accessories.
